Two Echo houses are privately owned, and resales are between the individual owners and those interested in buying into the community. Two Echo maintains records of inquiries, and furnishes it to would-be sellers. Sellers are free to contact potential buyers at their discretion.

Two Echo houses for sale may be offered here on the community website. However, if the seller first contacts those on record as interested, a sale may be concluded without a website offering.
